Spider Hosting is the operating brand of The Cocco Group, LLC. We host websites, register domains, and handle the marketing that gets those websites found. Same company, same invoice, same phone number for all of it.

Most hosting gets sold by companies you will never speak to. You open a ticket, wait, and hear back from someone who has never seen your site. That arrangement works fine right up until the morning your site is down and you’re the one explaining it to customers.

When something breaks here, you call us and we deal with it. We publish our prices, because nobody should have to book a discovery call to find out what a website costs. And we’re in Clifton Park, so if you’re anywhere in the Capital Region we can sit down at your place instead of on a video call.

We move it over
Migration is free with every hosting plan, and we do all of it: files, database, email, DNS. Your current site stays up the whole time. Most moves finish inside a business day.

We keep it running
Daily offsite backups, uptime monitoring, and SSL that renews itself. WordPress and plugin updates get applied on a schedule and tested on a staging copy first, so an update never takes your site down overnight.
